Arcadia is an upcoming bio-cyber-capepunk TTRPG set in the titular setting of Arcadia, a planet-sized city illuminated by neon lights and littered with secrets.   Arcadia, sometimes called the City of Refuge, has a hard time living up to that name. In the deep recesses of the world, both physical and digital, lies the foulest of crime syndicates, the blackest of hats, and the everyday gang.   Within these crime-ridden streets, heroes arose. They came together to form the first superhero team, the Dwellers. Consisting of heroes from all walks of life and every style imaginable, they soon became one of the most formidable organizations in Arcadia.
