Dwarves

Dwarves have a few remaining kingdoms and their most recent settlement is the Duchy of Kardlug founded in the final centuries of the Dulmar Empire.
Dwarves are often confused with Gnomes.
Elves know the difference, but it amuses them to participate in aggravating the dwarves, who tend to have such marvelous reactions.
There is one species of dwarf and they speak Dwarven and Trade Tongue.
