Elmari Hierarchy is a parliamentary monarchy. With the king Eigon Archaic being 1000 year old, with many successors, the kingdom is going to fall in to a succession crisis if something isn't done to stop it.

Society and governance

Elmari Hierarchy is highly lawful society. As it's fairly common for snow elves. That said, the kinds of laws can change between cities and towns. Since there is no real centralized authority, every town can decide on their own laws. As long as they give some ripe men as a tribute for service for the army. Age of service being 20 - 35 for men and 100 - 140 for elves.
