Traditional Ufiri Cuisine
Purpose
The collection of Ufiri cuisine is not just to inform readers of meals and foods specific to Ufiri culture, but also to provide recipes for anyone who might wish to try the different foods.
Document Structure
Clauses
The small book is separated by meal types (lunch, dinner, dessert, etc.) where each section has lists of the corresponding kinds of recipes. However, because it is also informational to those who don't know about Ufiri culture, there is a passage at the beginning of each section that describes a little bit in more detail how the meals work in the culture.
Publication Status
It is public and actually sold in print in a handful of bookstores, but more often found in shops relating to food.
Historical Details
Background
A Eurnaid anthropologist by the name of Elandorr Omayra and their wife, a famous chef named Elyon Patoris, teamed up to write this book for a few reasons. One, because Elandorr wanted to continue their studies on Ufiri culture, and two, Elyon was creating a series of books on traditional cuisine from many different cultures around the world. Elandorr and their Ufiri informant in Goldhorn help Elyon gather recipes and try them to figure out what was important to add to the book, as not every recipe had cultural significance to just the Ufiri people.
