Aragothia

Welcome! The world of Aragothia is a chaotic, wonderful place. A mix of science fiction, involving the guilds of Ravnica, and high fantasy, with the standard realms of D&D combined.   As you are teleported to the world, you will most likely meet Hyklaga, the mad god of his own collection of dimensions. He lords over them, his place called the Playground. Waking up in a purple miasma, he most likely taunted you, calling you weak, then dropping you into Aragothia. Of course, hundreds of people are born in Aragothia, but many are imported in this way.   The guilds of Aragothia play an eternal game of politics, their need for more power and money driving them. Upon the shifting o the Shield from a bright blue to a deep and translucent purple, allowing the horrific view of the Eldritch beings beyond, the influence of eons-old minds is allowed to exert their malevolent influence. The constant rising of undead adds the need for quick disposal of bodies, and the development of specialized undead removal groups.   The world of Aragothia is a large, insane prospect created on a whim by a bored kid that is now a stressed man child. Please, join me on my weird and wild journey through the Mad God's Playground!

  Hi y'all. My name is, as above, Gaetono. I'm called Tony by my friends, and if you're on this site, looking at this description, well then, hey friend. As you can see, I enjoy commas. I'm an English Major, currently going through community college and attempting to make the best of myself. I enjoy writing for fun and playing D&D. As well as that, I'm an avid player of video games (many of which I'm bad at) and listening to music (which I'm quite good at).    I started Aragothia, not as a passion project, or with high ambitions. I started this on a whim, making a small amount of prep work for my two players. I am currently on six players, and any time they go somewhere, they find something new to investigate. This and many other reasons are why I write. Because it's fun, and it can give people joy. Or wonder. Or confusion. It makes people feel things, okay?   So, take into account that, my fluid lifestyle, and my inability to chill, I'd say everything accomplished here is pretty impressive. Not to toot my own horn, but, entire Kenny G jazz solo later.   So yeah. Read, have fun, and leave criticism. But be careful. I'm a tender soul. Like a McDonald's chicken tender.
