Welcome to Calerion

  Calerion is a subcontinent of the Aragani supercontinent spanning from the Northern deserts in The Anvil to the southern icy wastes near The Neck. The main races living on the continent are humans, orcs, dwarves, and elves. There are other races but they do not control any of the political entities on this continent.   The continent is surrounded by four large bodies of water also known as:  
  • Sea of Storms
  • Sea of Cries
  • Sea of Lies
  • Still Waters
  • The continent can also be subdivided into the following regions:   The Anvil: Home to the Sandan Emirates , this anvil-shaped peninsula is home to a desert also known as the yellow sea.   Xanthar Wastes: Owned by the Tellurean Dominion, this region was once known as the Badlands. It used to be a lawless region filled with criminals and glory seekers. This region was conquered by the Dominion at 53 P.E. and has seen a number of bloody rebellions which have all been beaten down mercilessly by the Dominion armies.   Magister Coast: Once home to the Kingdom of Alcunia, this region was conquered by the Tellurean Dominion in the year 133 P.E. following instability in the Northern parts of the kingdom, the rather peculiar death of Archwizard Alur, and the shattering of the Platinum Barrier.   Ortellas Enclave: Once home to the remnants of the Ortellian Confederacy, this region was subjugated by the Tellurean Dominion in the year 118 P.E. It is home to the Ortellas Groves which are a group of trees infused with Electrum. The Ortellas Groves are currently being threatened by an increase in mining activity around the groves.   Tellurean Crownlands: The origin of the Tellurean Dominion, this prosperous region has enjoyed long-lasting peace and has been able to develop under these positive circumstances. The introduction of miniaturized electrum devices has marked the dawn of a new era in Calerion.   Prosperisea: This region is home to a couple of city-states and pirate hideouts, it is also one of the key trading regions in Calerion. Merchants from many nations come here in the hope of "making it". The increased amount of trade has attracted criminals from all around the continent looking to profit off of poorly defended merchant vessels.   Zi Jing Fields: The home region of the Amethyst Dynasty.   Umbilicius: The central region of Calerion, small border skirmishes are a daily occurrence and the frontier lands of the empires located here have started attracting criminals and glory seekers.   Externia: Home to the Kraal Trade Republic, this is a prosperous and peaceful region that is also entering a new era through the use of Electrum devices.   The Eternal Islands: The final bastion of the elves, these islands provide a safe haven to elves and hold an extremely isolationist policy to outsiders.   Kaldarl: Here be freljord.   The Brim: The rugged frontier lands of the Salenburger Council, beasts still roam the lands. Travel here is preferably done in heavily guarded caravans.   The Neck: This is the furthest most explorers and adventurers dare to go, beyond here lies certain death.
