Law of Acceptance

Magic will naturally tend to an outcome that will make the environment more pliable to its conception in the future.

Manifestation

As an example, say magic that creates a combustion effect was to take place in a 3x3 meter sealed room.
The magic may or may not take hold depending on the conditions of the room.
But with every instance of said magic occurring, the probability of said effect to manifest increases.
The increase could be negligible, or could even lead to manifestation at impossible circumstances i.e. in a vacuum.
There is currently no absolute way to determine the initial probability level of the said effect occurring in any given circumstances, even in highly controlled settings.
That being said, this Law seems to be able to differentiate between the origin of a given magic manifestation, seeing as how the world has yet to become (mostly) a wasteland.

Localization

This Law seems to work at any place, regardless of location. Further observation and testing is required.
