Personality Characteristics
Feeling personally wronged by cruel humans as a whelp, Mori seeks revenge on all of humanity. She conspires to command a great dragon army which will seize hold on all of Apteros, stating that it is the right of dragonkind to rule above all, as written in ancient history.
Her skill with venom is unlike any other dragon, as Mori trained many years perfecting and practicing with the chemistry of her own venom glands. She can secrete or spray venom from her fangs, claws, wingtips, and tail. Altering the dosage of enzymes in her venom is something she can conscientiously control, though it takes time to produce it. While she can store a lot of venom, there is still a limit on how much her body can handle. The venom can be neurotoxic or hemotoxic, as Mori can change its properties at will. She is also skilled in applying external agents to her claws, further altering the solution of her venom for unnatural effects, such as, explosive, corrosive, flammable, or sleep-inducing. She experiments often, sometimes taking suggestions from her advisor, the Hydra.
She is diligent and patient, especially with her craft and her revenge. A sharp mind and strong will.
Harbors a wrathful creed and can often be intentionally cruel. Uses her power for vengeance, and is more self-serving than she lets on.
Her "work station" is a mess of frothing cauldrons and draconic scrawlings on baked clay tablets piled high against and on top of every surface. There are a few sphinxian scrolls and fewer books in common. Dried plants, animals, and fungi line baskets hung from the ceiling. Various sizes of jars and pots stand at the sides of the room, heavily laden with glittering powders, rocks, and liquids. A dragon-sized mortar and pestle sit atop a grand stone, the centerpiece.

She is fairly charismatic among dragons, and has earned worldwide renown since her killing of the last basilisk.

History
Talice wants vengeance for the destruction of her clan as a food source for Mori's army. Mori would simply like to see the annoying feathered bug promptly crushed.
