Gryphons
Basic Information
Anatomy
Six pairs of limbs; two wings for flight, two specialized front claws for hunting, and two back paws for running.
Genetics and Reproduction
Gryphons can lay eggs any time of the year. Communal nests often follow a seasonal plan, rearing young within the same timeframe.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Gryphons are natural omnivores who both hunt and forage. They prefer a high-protein diet, usually consisting of small animals and fish, but may pursue larger prey in a coordinated group. Excess food is dried and salted for storage.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
