How to Use this Book

Basic Arrangement

Aorlis is arranged by country. There are 18 unique countries with this setting, with each detailed as if it were a campaign of its own, with climate, politics, religion, history, clothing, (etc.) all laid out. All the countries are important, and they all interrelate with each other, but each is also a specific campaign area on its own.
The Empire of Aorlis is the entire country of Aorlis. Arlum, Marcelle, Myddum, and Rhonce are each high kingdoms containing collections of individual countries, while there is a fifth, non-political collection of independent states. The eighteen countries of Aorlis are contained within these larger groupings.
