Vail, God of Darkness
Vail, God of Darkness, is the original Greater God, being melded into existence outside of time and space. He is the only one who knows the identity of The True Creator, the one who made the Greater Gods. It is said that as Vail got created, so did the universe, though it only consisted of darkness, and had no physical or temporal form. As the first Greater God he is the most neutral of them all, being created in the image of The True Creator himself. His existence brings fear, but also comfort to those who stumbles upon his domain. His Lesser Gods, Klana, Rindo and Forgol, were born as The Goddess of Light, Himla, was created. It is said her light shone so bright, Vail cast 3 different shadows, manifesting into the Lesser Gods.
His followers often keep to the shadows, not because they necessarily plan anything devious, but rather because being unseen gives them comfort. They are seen as excellent observers, not interfering with anything that isn't their business. If there is conflict, they will always try their hardest to see it from both sides, and not let personal bias make decissions for them.
