Another World Memory

There is a world that is loaded with the energy of divine beings. Because of this, all animals are infused with these energies, human included. However, the main protagonist is a high school student from Japan who suffers from an extreme mutation of Transient Global Amnesia, which causes him to have amnesia attacks somewhat frequently. this would lead to his death that only his childhood friend would know. Following this, he woke up in a white expanse with a chance to reincarnate into the other world with his wishes. Our protagonist takes this chance to get perfect memory. He wakes up as a baby, having successfully reincarnated into the new world. However, trouble seems to find his way in his life as he gets a surprise that came along with his wishes. I got this idea from reading a couple of Chinese novels and manhuas, the Chinese version of manga.
