The Animal Cart
Depending on your point of view, the humble animal cart may be a staple transport, or a peasant's game. The standard cart is attached to the animal of choice, commonly a Titan or Shredder. There are, however, strict rules against restricting the animals movements.

Whatever animal that pulls it.
Weapons & Armament
Rarely are these equipped with weapons, the driver's staff and the animals defenses are usually enough.
Armor and defense
Armour is rarely used, except with high-profile individuals, in which case, metal spikes are mounted to the sides of the wagon.

Price
Depends on the make, and animal most commonly used.
Rarity
Probably the second most common, other than the riding of the animal itself.
Length
Varies as greatly as the animal that pulls it, but never under 3' long.
Height
Varies, but none have been made for adult animals under 4' tall.
Weight
Again, it depends greatly on the size of the wagon, and what it is being used for, trading wagons will be sturdier than a cart.
Speed
Usually a bit slower than the animals normal speed of locomotion.
Complement / Crew
No crew is usually needed, except on the larger models. Even then, you can easily get by with two crew members.
Cargo & Passenger Capacity
The cargo and passenger capacity is a touchy subject, as some just hold on to the side if the inside is full.
