Ariana Reva - Demon slayer, First of the light

Arch Cleric, Demon Slayer, First of the Light, Champion of Graymeadow Ariana - Reva (a.k.a. Slayer)

Ariana Reva was born as a farmers daughter in Greymeadow. She spend her childhood in relativesafety, save for the occasional demon raids that passed villages. She learned how to defend herself out in the fields, the work making her strong and deermined. When she was of age the god of light, Darion spoke to her. He told her she would become his champion to campaign against the demon outbreak. She was chosen to carry a part of Darion within her, his light and thus she became the first lightcreature. Ariana left her family's farming lands and traveled to the city, looking for weapons, training and allies. She traveled to Faconbay. Before she entereed the city she had slayn enough demons that the magistrate of Falconbay himself welsomed her into the city.
Ariana's legend would only grow over the years, leaving a trail of demon corpses in it's wake. Still, portals kept opening all across andron and Ariana was rapidly faced ith her own mortality. After ten years of waging war, training those who, like her had recieved Darion's gift, The strain on her body became evident. Bones that were broken in battle strated healing crooked, old injuries would flare up in hot-or cold weather and joints that were once limber became rigid with each blow they recieved. Ariana decided she would have to ass on her legacy in the never-ending battle against demon kind. She founded the Order of light, an organisation dedicated to the protection of the people and the extermination of demons entering Andron.
Three years after founding the order Ariana died on the battlefield. A demon blade hit her in the back. she quickly bled out on the soil. The demons took only her head back to their dimention as an offering to their godess, Oderia who had lost many of her demonic creatures to Darion's champion.

Circumstances of Birth

Ariana's birth used to be considered a national holiday, before the reigh of King Akuma, who banned the celebrations. Her birth in itself was not special. Ariana was a regular farmers daughter.

Circumstances of Death

She died on the battlefield, hit by a demon's blade in the back. Her weapons broken and head severed and taken back to the demon realm. Legend tells it remains at the throne of Oderia as reminder of Darius first chosen one.
