Session 2: A Private Meeting Report

General Summary

Following the departure of Ajax Praghod, the group took some time to relax. They ended up at the Shattered Pelvis, where they turned some heads.
The following morning a member of the royal guard appeard at the Red Cup and asked for them. They were escorted through back alleys and brought to meet with Prime MInister Praghod and the Captain of the Palace Guard. The Prime Minister provided each member of the group with a reward, and then offered them an opportunity to help him further by investigating the source of the attack. During their discussion, Whirligig brought out a crest he had removed from the sleeve of one of the goblin attackers.

It was revealed to be from The Emerald Legion, a band of mercenaries based out of The Verdant Isles. It was also revealed that the woman who they killed was Rilsa Rael, daughter of the Lord of Steepguard, Henri Rael, Lord of Steepguard.
After some negotiation with Ajax Praghod the group agreed to look into this matter, and provide a resolution by the end of next month, leaving them with just under six weeks to find the information.
