Mirstone
Mirstone is a small settlement located near Greyrock a so-called prison, though it acts more like a work camp. Mirstone was founded by released convicts and though many generations of town elders have tried to erase the towns less than stellar reputation, many still associate Mirstone with convicts and criminals. Mirstone is a fairly unprotected town and though there is a town militia, run by a stout dwarf named Adgus, it's untrained and under-equipped, to deal with the dangers from the mountains. The town is under constant threat of attack from goblins and on rarer occasions orcs, and as such the elders are always willing to hire some extra help. Iron Baron Mining has set up shop in town as well and the foreman of the camp, Beldar(Dwarf, 4'5, Braided black hair, one green eye, eyepatch over right eye) are always hiring people who have nowhere else to go to work in the mines or save their investment when something inevitably goes wrong.
Demographics
The vast majority of men work in the mines, looking for ore for The Droven Empire's army. Ex-convicts usually men make up most of the population of the town. Most of the people are humans with some dwarves mixed in that came down of northern Drometh.
Government
Unlike most villages in The Droven Empire there is no noble which holds the town, which is likely due to the fact of its seedy reputation. Instead, the village is run by a group elected town elders, who decide matters of trade, tax, and defense. Malkar(Dwarf, 4'6, Long red hair braided into a long ponytail, Blue eyes) acts a liaison between the town elders and the rest of the village
Defences
There are two watchtowers on the roads to the town though wheater or not they are manned at any given day is up to chance. The town does have a small voluntary militia though they are under-equipped and poorly trained.
Industry & Trade
Most of the men in the town work in the mines under the employment of Iron Baron Mining , gathering ore such as iron and gold. The town imports food from neighboring towns and cities, such as the dwarven city Dhol Faldur
