Tombyard - City of graves
This settlement first started as a small village. After a very bad plague very similar to the recent @Bloodpox resulted in a big following of the Ravenqueen since her Clerics and Followers came to the rescue for a lot of the simple folk back then.
Those circumstances let to the city evolving over centuries into the biggest Necropolis known to the races.
It is built into concentric half-circles with the ground level restricted to graves and tombs and each and every House is built on stilts or supported by tombs, trees, statues you name it. Lately, the use of magic in the form of houses levitating the desired height is on the rise with the young nobility.
The race of Aarakocra rule the citys skies and help deliver most anything for the merchant guilds.
There are also so-called "Air Services" which means you get carried either by a beast of burden able to fly or in the case of smaller or fairer passengers an Aarakocra carries you to your desired destination faster than any travel by foot would allow you.
