The Empire is at war. Rampant depopulation due to WMDS, magic, attrition; has forced the Empire to delve deep into arcane arts.   You are a cold construct (Cold-Con). You were not born but built. Using a mix of magic, technology and alchemic solutions you were made for war. A blank slate without name, you must undergo the "Forging" to become the next generation of solider.   The forging is a series of tests designed to determine the aptitudes of cold cons and assign them to armies. But when the PCs show deviations far and above the norm, they are given the task to perform high risk operations which may reveal the truth of the empire, the war, and even their own creation.
