Dark Elves speak Elven primarily, with many Elves learning Common, Undercommon, Sylvan and Drow Sign Language

Major organizations

The Dark Elven Nation is situated in the northern Magelands, along the western edge of the Silent Lake. Their seat of power lies in the 3 cities known as the Triterium. While other dark elf cities are scattered around the Magelands the seat of Government rests in the Triterium. Of the 3, the national capitol is Ishtothar. The northern most city of the Triterium.
