Triarch

A Triarch is a member of the Triune, a council of three advisors that serves the Autarch of Achillonia. Triarchs are appointed by the Autarch. Selection occurs largely by the meritocratic standards of Achillonian society. The position of Triarch is exclusive and cannot be held by a Primarch.
When acting under orders of the Autarch, the authority of a Triarch supercedes even the sovereingty of a Primarch.
