Alton City

The city at the head of the northern bay, Flat marshlands filled with dirt and pilled with urban crawl. A river called the Paxilto separates the city from itself. A mile east of the river is a small lone mountain capped by a large castle. Upon closer inspection of the history book one would learn that the mountain is artificial.
