A magically and technologically-advanced society that disappeared centuries ago. Used to rule most of the known world, but crumbled and fell into chaos, leaving only ruins behind. Altinian nobles are supposedly “the lineage of magic”, and now only a few descendants remain. Some are able to command the power of storms.
