Altaria
A world where magic is illegal, yet saturates the Eastern sector. Angels and devils lock horns in combat over interracial rights while wizards chase furthering civilization in favor of making the world magical by force. Gods do not walk these lands, but it would be foolish to say they don't have a hand in the war of the mortals. Magic divides this land and many will do whatever it takes to manipulate it, coexist with it, or eliminate it altogether. The ruling party holds all the chips, yet it seems they only rule for those who align with them. The rebellious ones leave their province by choice in order to find safety, equality, and freedom elsewhere. The question will always remain though, can anybody be equal when magic exists?
