Dawk’Thur is an extremely strong Duergar. He had big muscular arms and a wide chest.

His face is big with a bulbous nose. He has a long light gray beard and often has his hair in a mohawk.

He wears mostly fur clothes with some chain features but not enough to make a full armor.

Dawk’Thur is not trained to wear armor, and the only weapons that he wields are hammers.

Personal history

Dawk’Thur was born in the underdark in a small settlement of mostly duergar. He was trained by his family to become a warrior as his ancestors were proud and strong warriors. By the time he had reached adulthood he had faced many of the dangers of the underdark, but did not feel satisfied. Therefor he ventured to the surface to face greater foes and learn from greater fighters.
During his time in Revendell he heard tales of a dragon living in the Stonefields. His reputation and power was very well known in the kingdom. Dawk’Thur took the challenge and tracked down the dragon's lair. His long record of seccess and victories against greater threats must have gone to his head as he stormed the dragon's den by himself. In the cave he found himself standing face to face with the adult blue dragon Condrenth The Stone Guard and his pack of basilisk. Dawk’Thur didn't even get to scratch Condrenth's scales with his axe before his flesh had turned to stone.
Dawk’Thur's journey had been put on hold for almost five decades. A group of adventurers had killed the dragon and gotten his statue out of the lair. It was with the help of the cleric Merzor that he was once again returned to the flesh. Dawk’Thur was given a choice when he was freed. To go on adventuring or join The Poet's Gang. As his pride was weakned and he was ashmed of his last failure he begrudgningly acceted.
