Uscilis (You-Sigh-Luss)

Description:

An average 5'9 and a decent build. His purple and faded scales are covered with scars, most notably one that runs from just above his left eye to the right corner of his lips. His horns curve like an Argali goat, pure black with purple throbbing veins arching through it. The right horn is cracked and damaged, having a large part of the tip broken off, while the undamaged left horn is as sharp as his long cruel claws. Unlike his other demon-kind, his voice is smooth and confident, almost soothing, which he's learned to use to his advantage. Most often times, he'll be wearing a dark, toxic-green robe. But should the need arise, he'll cast it from his shoulders and reveal the black Abyssmite armor he wears underneath. It covers everything but the neck up, his wrists, and hands, and is made purely from Abyssmite.

History:

This demon has the least known about him. He sends other demons to do his bidding, causing him to be rarely seen. He was first seen when the demons emerged as the Heralds of the Damned around 4500.

Personality:

He's the most cunning, evil, and powerful of the demons. He's very confident in his ability, but not overly so. He's often described being more on the quiet side, unless his wrath is ensued, then he's described as a maelstrom. He's the criminal dark lord mastermind, always seeing other creatures as below him, and he holds the power to demonstrate it. He's patient and willing to wait millennia for his masterplan to come to fruition. He also understands concepts many don't.

Calibers:

Being the leader of the demons, Uscilis is one of the most powerful beings, and being the lone individual that can go toe-to-toe with William Anderson, since he posseses the Demonic Emperor Ability Gauge. It's bestowed upon the leader of demons by Apocrylis Sintalus (should this be transferred to another individual, the previous owner will be instantly killed, resulting in only one individual holding this Ability Gauge). This gives the individual the following Calibers:
Demon-Mind:
The ability to completely control any and all demons, regardless of state of mind, alignment, or opinions. This helps keep them in line and prevent riots and such. He can either give them commands they cannot ignore, make them feel overwhelming emotions, or cause them to essentially shut down and go unconscious.
Dark-Core:
This is very similar to Demon-Mind, but allows Uscilis an amount of influence over other dark beings beside demons, which helps Uscilis with building armies and establishing dominion over territories and races. In addition to this control, Uscilis has resistance to Holy-Energy, and immunity to the insanity-inducing presence of Apocrylis Sintalus.
Demothest-Mastery:
This ability is very similar to Colton Diaíresi Toa's Caliber, but in addition to being able to create, control, destroy, and detonate Demothest, Uscilis can also use it to regenerate his body, making him much harder to kill. Uscilis also has much more experience with this ability, allowing him to control it more fluidly and perform more impressive stunts with it than Colton Diaíresi Toa can.
Shadow-Shift:
A rare ability that can be very powerful. Uscilis can walk into any shadow (given its deep enough) and walk out of another (given deep enough) shadow thats within eye-sight. This allows him to reach ledges, cross gaps, or get into areas no one else can. It can also serve as an elite dodging tactic, or should he quickly need to leave a negotiation, or use to interrogate/terrify targets.
Corrupting-Touch:
By using large portions of energy, Uscilis can lay his hands on the ground and force his dark energy into it, corrupting the land and bringing Dunkelheit to that area. It starts out small (merely the size of a dinner plate) at first, but the longer he does it, the faster it grows. In order for it to sustain itself, he needs to hold it for roughly two days (in which case it will be large enough to cover a small town), otherwise it will slowly fade away. Performing this feat drains tons of energy and he often has to rest and recover afterwards.

Age: Unknown

His age is entirely unknown, some say he's only a hundred years, others say he's millions. All that's known is he's the oldest, wisest, and strongest demon. Even William Anderson seems to acknowledge Uscilis might be much older than the leader of the Celestial Lumanine.

God Killer:

Uscilis wields an Egyptian Khopesh, called the 'Gold Killer'. It's made purely from Abyssmite, and refined and forged to achieve maximum sharpness, durability, and so on. It can cut through every material excluding Nebulite. Even simply applying less than a pound of pressure on the blade will create an incision. Uscilis has mastered this blade, relying on speed and technique to utterly decimate his targets. Hardly any force is needed, due to the weapons stength. This only cements Uscilis's battle prowess, so much so, that even William Anderson is hesitant to come against Uscilis in a battle-ready mode.

Weakness:

Uscilis is not known to have any weakness as most demons do. At most, one could somewhat argue that it's his reliance on minions and subordinates, as well as surety that he's the strongest being. One could possibly take advantage by having a hidden skill or weapon that's pulled out suddenly in battle and used against Uscilis to catch him off guard. But even then, Uscilis is cunning enough that he could easily think of a counter to it. This makes Uscilis all the much stronger.

Leader of the demons:

Being the leader of the demons, the strongest demon, and having immense power and battle prowess, Uscilis is respected by all, even his enemies. He is chosen by Apocrylis Sintalus as the current individual to lead the search in hopes of freeing the God of Evil. Uscilis takes advantage of his massive armies and resources to have his bidding done for him, allowing him to not have to do much more than lift a finger. Ikumonos resents him for this, but Uscilis respondes by sending Ikumonos on missions to further elucidate Uscilis's power.
William Anderson constantly warns his allies, soldiers, and friends to avoid engaging Uscilis in combat unless absolutely necessary, due to William Anderson himself being wary of the demon leader.
