Ikumonos ((Ih-kue-mow-nohs))

Description:

Standing at a tall 6'2, with a build of muscle underneath crimson scales that shine like a ruby. On his head are great black horns that jut out like a Lechwe antelope's, the tips sharpened to a point, as sharp as his claws and voice. A deep scar runs from his right shoulder to his left hip, leaving the scales inside to be partially regrown, faded, and warped. He usually wears armor covering everything but his head, similar in style to the common demon armor, but with Abyssmite lining the inside, with it forming intricate designs on the outside. He almost never wears a helmet, too confident in his battle prowess, which also allows him to use his sharp horns as weapons. In his hands, he usually carries a two-handed warhammer that he uses as his main weapon.

History:

Like his other fellow demon leaders, his entire history is unknown. It is known however, that he experienced a rather humiliating event in his past, causing his personality and rise to powe. He has looked very much the same as he has always known to be, including the large scar he has. He never speaks about his past, but Uscilis reminds him constantly of it, reminding him to not repeat mistakes. Many have theorized he was once a lowly demon who failed at a task.

Personality:

Overly angry, hot-headed, and prideful. His ego is overly inflated, and he believes he alone is currently (or will be) the most powerful demon, and is the only one capable of freeing Apocrylis Sintalus. Should one insult Ikumonos, he will immediately want to kill them, only held back by his other demon leaders. His negative influence is worse than most, and he's almost always pessimistic. He prefers to do things quickly and effectively, though should he hold all the cards, he will gladly taunt them. The mere thought of being weaker than someone or something else is painful to him, and he will stop at nothing till he's the best. Not to mention, he's very close-minded, only considering his ideas. Long story short, he's a narcissist.

Calibers:

Ignoring his impressive strength, speed, and battle prowess, he holds a couple of Calibers.
Dark Charge:
Ikumonos can charge his limbs with Dark-Energy, allowing him to move his Warhammer at higher velocities and with more strength, or deal much stronger blows from his arms and legs. Should he land these blows, they will release an energy shockwave through the target, dealing more damage (IE, if landing on a human, if the blow is powerful enough, internal organs can be damaged or even rupture. Should it be done on a solid objects, cracks can be sent throughout the entirety of). The more blows he lands or strikes he swings, the more energy it uses.
Reptilian Quills:
A rather simple one. Ikumonos can focus dark energy to produce medium-size spikes along his body, sharp enough to penetrate most armor and skin. This can be useful if he's being tackled or held down, badly injuring the individual. Though it's very hard, and doesn't give much advantage to his enemies, the spikes can be broken off. The more he focuses on a single spike, the larger it grows (to a max point), and the longer and more spikes he holds out, the more energy it will consume over time.

Age: Unknown

Like his fellow demon leaders, Ikumonos's age is unknown. But it is known that he's at least older than Tregthar and younger than Uscilis. He is at least old enough to have witnessed a portion of the Desolation Trials, having remembered William Anderson from them in some way.

Double-handed Warhammer:

Ikumonos's favorite weapon is his double-handed warhammer, with it being way to heavy for mortal men to lift, and way too strong be broken by normal means. It's an alloy of Demothest and Abyssmite, with the two materials forming intricate designs on the shaft and head, except the shaft is mostly covered with a durable red leather. Due to how much blood it's spilt, the Demothest has been stained red, glowing at times in an ominous way that radiates fear.
He's learned to be very proficient with it, relying on smashing through enemies defenses, rather than dodging around them or striking faster. This causes him to be more slow and somewhat easier to dodge, but he's relentless and tireless, meaning he can keep dealing blows till his opponent tires out and he finally crushes them (quite literally).

Weakness:

Ikumonos's weakness is much more obvious and more easily taken advantage of. That being said, his weakness is his ego and anger. He can easily be baited into a fight, even if he cannot win, as well as be insulted into making reckless moves. Uscilis constantly reminds him to control his anger, but Ikumonos blatantly disregards it, saying he 'doesnt need to be treated like a child', then immediately goes and acts like a child. This is especially so due to his constant need to prove himself the strongest.

Officer Position:

Being the second in command for the Heralds of the Damned, Ikumonos holds large amounts of power over the origination, second only to Uscilis. He holds much respect within the demon community, but due to his anger being widely known, he's also secretly mocked. This only worsens his need to prove himself the strongest.
