Black Dragon

The Black Dragon is a hidden criminal organisation in Dustharbour. They plot to destroy the government of Vaeteron and take over, claiming to bring wealth and power to the nation. It is led by Neheria Burnshadow, a manipulative, malicious woman of the sort that nobody could tell what she was truly planning.

Structure

The organisation's ranking is built on skill and intelligence. At the top is what the Dragon calls its 'Silverfangs' of which there can be no more than five, including Neheria. These plan missions and the activity of the organisation. Below those the regular agents did the majority of the work in the field, in missions. Then there is weak-minded individuals such as labourers who do manual work. None who work for the organisation are told more than they need to be told about the motives of the organisation.

History

The organisation is fairly new, only starting in 4380. It began as a small group of three treasonous nobles on the inner circle of Dustharbour - Burnshadow, Ironmoor and Silanoir. All three of these have now been replaced by more trustworthy noble families. These nobles wanted to control Dustharbour themselves instead of it being controlled by the King at the time, @l
