Aldrathis

Beneath the single star of Lunamin exists the plane of Aldrathis, ever plagued by the presence of beings sealed away by a cataclysmic event known as the Sundering. Though the knowledge of this era has been lost or diluted into myth and legend, traces of empires long forgotten have been unearthed piece by piece as their influence seeps back into the current age. Times change, but these ageless forces bide their time and pick at the seams whilst mortals are left with the challenges of their ancestors. Between ancient machinery re-awakening and a rise in the corrupted use of an abundant energy source known as the Aether, the fate of the world feels balanced on a precarious edge. Small alliances endeavour to unearth secrets of the past, though most are oblivious to the bigger picture, merely seeking safety from the fury of the elements and monstrosities called forth from the darkest corners of existence while others submit to the forces of chaos, inspiring strife and conflict wherever they can.
