An arts and crafts shop owned by a halfling lady, Veronica Grabcopper.
Sweet old lady, she also sells her art pieces that she works on in her spare time. She also hand crafts the paint, and her grandson makes the paint brushes, charcoal pencils etc.

Ridgework Repairs
A repair and restoration workshop owned by a couple of Dwarvern and Gnomish Folk. They specialize in repairing gadgets, tools, furniture, toys, antiques and the odd magic item.
The four owners, Pax (Dwarf, 142, short orange hair , large mutton chops and mustache), Hugh (Dwarf, 130, Bald, well kept full brown beard), Don, (Dwarf, 87, Short dark brown hair, full goatee) and Bartholomew (Gnome, 54, Long black hair, stubble beard) have been drinking buddies for quite some time, eventually they decided one evening ,while they we're drunk, that they we're tired of their old boring jobs, so they put money together, bought the store front and began their business, which became quite well prosperous, but manageable.

Owned by a sweet old firbolg by the name, Ignus Julter, he used to be a writer, published a few books from adventurers he had, travels, different people with amazing stories and more. He loves to read and tends to visit "The Bookworm Hole" alot, while working he does tend to sit and read when it's quite. The store does sell a variety of paper, ink, empty books, notepads, pens, pencils etc.

Grotto Grocers The grocery store owned by the Earth Genasi Couple, Reginay and Craytin TumbleStone. They grow and sell all their produce outside of the City with their massive family, all different races of Genasi, all one big happy family. Selling fruits, vegetables and the occasional meats, fish, milk and eggs.

Winter's Worldy Scents A small candle shop owned by a half-blind Tabaxi, Orika Winters. Before going blind she used to travel a lot, taking note of scents, and eventually taking up candle making and mixing the two ideas. Her brother, Kindu Winter's helps out from time to time, when he's not working at the docks.

Damiko Trading guild HQ
A small trading guild based in Ee-jin valley that trades specifically in the fish industry, they sponsored production of the Crates of freezing that now are used to hold and keep the fish fresh as it's transported across the continent and to other countries. The guild has around 2 caravans of trade carts that switch between Ee-jin Valley and Zyen in order to work efficiently. Each caravan consists of 10 carts and 3 smaller carts that transport bodyguards. On occasion they will hire adventurers if there's potential of bandits or sightings of dangerous creatures.
There are three branches of this guild; one in Ee-jin Valley, one in Zyen and then another in Aclerome to the far west of the continent. The guild is run by master Damian Tynkollin. A Half Elven, half Aasimaar (Very Rare) nearing 200yrs of age. He built the guild from the ground up over the past decade or so and has gotten quite the reputation, great friends with the guild masters of Everdale Crafters, Willowwind and Oceanika.

A Candy store owned by Young Mrs Littleton, a human lady with a sweet-tooth. The store was named after her late husband. She sells home-made candy, sweets, treats and she even gives lessons on making your own sweets.

Thatcher's Treasury
A store within the Shannari Shopping District owned by an elderly Halfling, Alexzander Orulek, or known by a few as "Old Man Oru". He made his life business by buying and selling people's old belongings, items, furniture and trinkets.
His son, Jacob Orulek, works with a moving service and keeps an eye out for things people tend to throw away, recommending his father's shop. The shop is open most of the day and sometimes stays open further into the night depending on the day, Alexzander's longtime friend is a dwarf by the name ,Caleb Hindercraft, a former officer of the Emeraldite Crusaders. Through a few contacts he arranged for guards to pass the store often during the night. Caleb even swings round every so often to play card with Alexzander.
Alot can be found in this store. Things such as clothing, magic components, unopened boxes, trinkets, potential magic items, weapons, armor etc. Everything old but probably function-able or at least repairable.

The journalist company that produces the local newspaper. They tend to keep everything and everyone up to date with the ins and outs of the city and beyond.

Dani's Bit's Bobs and Thingamajigs
Young gnome, Danni Gadgetello, loves looking around the scrapyard for broken machines and failed prototypes and sells them for parts in his store, or even makes little toys and gizmo's from time to time.. or sells them broken for a peculiar price. Well known as the crazy kid between workers at Tinkerers Construct. But overall he's just a scatterbrained lad who knows how to run a business.

The Scribe Atheneum
The Capitol's largest and most reliable bookstore, library and research facility. Owned and run by, The Clinikann Analysta, a powerful organisation that catalogs and files any and all lore and information gathered by their personnel. These agents are called collectors. The bookstore and Library is open to the public, there are supervisors posted around the library to help where they can. However a lot of other information such as lore on monsters, magic, confidential information on certain organisations and individuals is off limits to the public, restricted to only certain individuals or the information can be requested for use by people of importance (Eg: a guild master)
The Scribe Atheneum also has a place of worship for the masked Scriber, Arcadiumn, god of lore and history, they follow his methods of recording history and dedicate all their information to the sake of knowledge.
