The world of Albion hosts various species collectively known as her "peoples". Most prevalent among these races are humans and dwarves, but it is not uncommon to see elves of various factions, halflings, gnomes and half-orcs going about their lives on a daily basis. Some of the more remote regions are home to more "unique" races such as minatours, orges, giants and lizardfolk. Due to her vast expanse of open lands and diverse geography, almost anyone can find a home somewhere in Albion!
The geography of Albion is as varied and beautiful as her many peoples. There are regions of snow-covered mountain peaks; lush, tropical jungles; dense shady forests; open grassy plains; cold, frozen tundras; rugged mountain ranges; humid, marshy swamps; calm deltas; swift running rivers; and beautiful open seas.
All religions on Albion can trace their roots back to Ao the Overseer or at least one of the twelve greater deities of the Great Pantheon. While Ao watches over all things, each of the twelve govern a specific metaphysical force and each sits in direct opposition to another. Ao saw this as a way to balance the forces of Albion.
