"...and last of all was mankind. Some believe that humanity was to be the crown jewel amongst the Oldirsi creations. Nigh identical to their masters, and with an unmatched capacity for violence, men were never completed. In the years that followed their initial creation, the hand of the Oldirsi began to wither as the Fall began, and an imperfect creature was unleashed upon Albastia." -A Study on the Nature of Man

History
Scholars estimate that the Oldirsi forged the first man at around 2500 1C. The first recognizable account of humanity in Oldirsi scripture is recorded in a document that dates back to 2634 1C, but the wording implies that men had subsisted for a fair length of time before the writing.
Much of humanity's early history is shrouded in mystery, for there are precious few surviving Oldirsi documents that offer more than brief mentions of the youthful race. The very first writings of men did not appear until around 100 2C, during the Great Dispersion. A brief understanding of men during this period and beyond is that they spread rapidly across the face of Albastia, multiplying greatly in number, and extinguishing several other descendants of the Oldirsi in a series of violent genocides.
