StormBraker Axe

Made by an old dwarf in the StoneSkin moutains. This one handed axe is made with gold and strong dwarvish steal. The axe is charged with electricity when it is held.

once per long rest the wielder can call upon the gods and charge this axe with a powerful lighting bolt. can be rederected out of the axe at one target up to 80ft without penatly to hit. Lighting bolt does 2d12 damage.
