My High fantasy world that I've been slowly working on for about 8 years now. It's a bit of a mess, hopefully that will improve, here are some general details of what I'm building.
hard magic: detailed magic system, with many rules and regulations. Mostly follows our basic laws of physics but allows you to do some crazy things.
Pseudo Sci-Fi: Ancient civilization with very advanced technology, destroyed by some unknown force eons in the past.
Realistic: While I wouldn't call any of this 18+ I do deal with subjects of sex, war, discrimination, and so on. I try to keep it mature but some things are gory but these can be subverted for your personal use.
Arcane Steampunk, Slightly after flintlock?: The current state of technology is confusing at the moment and will change a lot in the near future. Think Victorian steampunk but replace steam with magic and you get an idea of the most developed part of the system.
Multiple Planets: have fun with high, and low gravity, eternal night, and other crazy shit that my worlds have. for the most part I will be sticking with the most "generic" world for now and building stuff up from there.
Starting with the basics??: I am starting simple and broad, I built this as a giant world that anyone can use any part of for their campaigns, books, and so on. If you like something feel free to use it as you like. Just make sure you at least give me a mention.
Inspired by: Darksouls, Warhammer (40k and normal), D&D, and my many friends whom have helped over the years.
