Mittani

The Mitanni are a nomadic tribe that uses the Mittani oasis in the Yazdgerd Desert as their food and water source. They have perfected a unique clothing type that they wear that uses the fibers from the date palm. They are sporadically encountered as they are often travelling the desert in very small groups across apparently untracked landscapes. That said, if you do encounter them, they are purported to be a friendly people. Many of them wear gold necklaces with gold pendants of a lion under a full sun as an indication of their devotion to Hvar Ksata. They have tense relations with the dwarves of Leuctra since the dwarves have managed to sequester much of the water of the Yazdgerd through pipes and aquaducts.
