Barisebela Hammerview

The madame at The Lace Cup. an elderly dwarven woman with deep lines and a scar down her left cheek.
Barisebela was raised in a small farming family just outside of Prynure. Ridiculed by dwarves for years for being farmers, their farm was raided by bandits and her family killed. She was sold as a prostitute and while working learned the business and turned out to have a head for business. Took over the business after the previous owner died and left a lot of debt. Saved the business and turned it into a moneymaker. 
Has especially cultivated the high end operation, using it to build a network of influence among local, regional and even global leaders who visit her establishment. Her network is used to advance her agenda and at times requests from ChiefThief that are always well compensated.
