Worked as a chef for a long while, until nearly age 40, where he got caught up in a civil unrest situation that threatened to turn bloody. He ended up resolving the conflict right then and there, almost accidentally, and the action got him and his Warband Wild assigned to more diplomatic jobs, and he eventually proved himself worthy enough to become a Centurion, and then was later appointed Governor of Cantha.
