Early life
Born into a pirate family, Ivy got to see a lot of stuff in her early life. A curious and clever young woman, she participated in everything she could, especially with her dad Carl Conrad in the Crow's nest - here she observed meetings and tactical plannings from when she was a small child. Ivy voiced ideas and improvements ever since she learned to speak, and though most people wouldn't listen to a child's ideas, his father absolutely adored her and even introduced several of her improvements into the community. She always felt valued and heard, and that only made her stronger and more fearless.Crow Leader
An opinionated, curious, strongminded and decisive woman, was what most would describe young Ivy as, so when his father, unfortunately, fell sick and she had to take over the role of Crow Leader, most were didn't have a single concern for the future of Crow Island. And those that had their doubts were promptly disproved when she took the title.Value others opinions, and they might see you as a better leader

Ivy's success
After Ivy became Crow Leader, the pirates of Crow Island flourished because of her innovative ideas. Before this, it was unheard of for pirates to work together with other rival pirates across the seas, but it was this that became Ivy's secret weapon. Arranging coordinated attacks on trading ships, together with other pirates, made it near impossible to escape their raids. Though it hadn't been a rule before Ivy became Crow Leader, she now wanted everyone to only hurt the innocent people in self-defence, as they should die just because pirates came to steal from them. She didn't give a shit about the people that didn't like this new rule, and the ones that dared to oppose her got their punishment.Now, still an immensely successful pirate, some might even say the most successful to have ever lived, she plunders the sea here and there and when you meet her ship, you know there is no way out of this inevitable raid.
