Gravity

The Aetherline equivalent of gravity is not like our world's attraction of mass to mass; instead, it's a universal force pulling everything in a single direction. Aetherline nodes can counteract this force; subplanetary nodes draw in water which can then circulate to form weather patterns, and planetary nodes hold stone and magma in place against the pull of gravity, allowing planets to form.
