Forge of the World

The dwarves believe that the goddess Brunis dwells within the core of the world. They refer to this as the forge, as they have discovered the core is molten rock, and this is forged into new land when it erupts and cools on the surface.
The theory originates from a telling of the first dwarves, who dug down deep into the world's crust only for it to cause a major eruption that created the great mountain.
