Celius (RIP)

Celius was a 17th lvl ce half-elven Warlock of the Fiend and member of the now defunct Council of Nine. He was also a somewhat lax member of the Hidden Hand. A former friend of Namfoodle, the gnome who introduced him to Memdok who ultimately corrupted him and has made his life miserable. Frankly he is looking forward to the day the cube leaves and he ceases to exist. For some reason Celius hated the captain of the guard Stoneheart and has spent a lot of energy and resources screwing up his life. Denying him promotions, keeping decent magic items out of his hands, interfering with his social life, spreading rumors about him, bribing his associates, etc. Celius knew that Forcania was killed by drow. Celius knew that Lord Nightmare has what could essentially be the Sword of Kas. Celius knew that walker was behind the destruction of the halfling quarter. Celius knew that Sexis kept her spellbook, the infamous Book of the Stilled Tongue on a demi-plane and that no keys to said plane exist.
