Character Creation (Stats)
This system tries to give creative freedom to the player. Where other game systems force players to essentially play stereotypical versions of certain races and classes. This system tries to provide a unique character development opportunity. All in the sake of good fun and story-telling. These rules are simply a guideline and are still under development.
Tip: The best place to begin character design is with a creative idea of what you'd like to role play within this fantasy world. Once you have thought of that the rest becomes much easier. It is often more enjoyable to play a fun character than one with "optimized stats". When creating a new character your Game Master will assign an amount of Bonuses and Penalties. It is up to you to distribute these among the following attributes.- Strength: (melee attacks, carry weight, and physical challenges)
- Constitution: (Physical fortitude, Willpower, and HP)
- Agility: ( Speed and Athleticism)
- Perception (Observation and Accuracy)
- Intelligence (Skills, Spellcasting and Knowledge)
- Charisma (Negotiation, Bartering, and Information Gathering)
- Hit points: the amount of damage a character can take before becoming unconscious, maimed, or dead. The standard HP 20. Each bonus point in Constitution will increase/decrease this number by 5. (It can never be lower than 1)
- Defense Bonus: The defense of the character. The base for this is 10. It is increased by your Agility bonus or by equipping armor. (Note: Heavy armor may take away agility bonus)
- Attack Bonus: This is applied on all attack rolls the character makes. The base for this is 0. It can be increased through specific abilities and/or training. Some equipment may also increase this
