The Triumvirate: Triplet Sisters
Valhar is ruled by a set of triplets; a tiefling queen, a general, and an arcanist who all look identical except for the horns. The Nahn family controls much of the city’s water supply coming from the Oasis, making them the de facto most powerful family in the entire city. While other families control other resources, water is king.
Nahn Do-Amira. The queen of Valhar is a stately red tiefling with waist-length black hair and sharp, angular features. Her horns curl around the back of her head. She wears a golden dress and a golden headdress to demarcate her as the chief diplomat of the city. Well-spoken and thoughtful, Amira is a clever policy-maker and beloved by the people of Valhar for her constant public holidays, rousing speeches, and the ability to negotiate with the tribes that surround the city.
Nahn Do-Jaesh. The commander-in-chief of Valhar is a stately red tiefling with short black hair and sharp, angular features. Her horns point straight backward, and she is clad in white leather armor, walking with a glaive. There is a long scar across her face, and she speaks in curt, utilitarian sentences. Feared by many, Jaesh has a vice-grip on military operations and protection of the city from outsiders.
Nahn Do-Masiun. The chief arcanist of Valhar is a stately red tiefling with shoulder-length black hair and sharp, angular features. Her horns curve up and around to the sides, and she wears a purple gown inlaid with sapphires. Her eyes look older than those of her sisters, and she wears the accoutrements of an arcane spellcaster. Masiun avoids the limelight, preferring instead to study the art of Necromancy and maintain quiet control over the various magical operatives within the city.
