The salvation for Nouvemond's food problems lay in the east.
Following the growth of Nouvemond, food was becoming an issue. The land around the town wasn't enough anymore to provide for all inhabitants, as so they had to look elsewhere. Eventually, they have found to the east a plain with fertile lands and a great number of streams and rivers. It was an ideal place to grow crops, and so Esperbrook was founded.
