Introduction
"BRING FORTH THE CANNON! We'll bring those pirates hell... Nyeheheh..."
An excentric figure put in charge of the Blackbay Security Patrol, Narcisse wastes no time in showing off his capabilities in naval warfare. He is Captain of the dreadful ship nicknamed "Thunderclap", and has given himself the title of The Huntmaster, the next Hero of Archana, who will purge the pirates from the Kingdom.

Narcisse's physique is nothing special, being tall but relatively thin, with little physical training. He is no stranger to weapon-fight, though, and is healthy, able to sustain more effort than the average nobleman.Physical quirks
He keeps a straight posture, even exaggerating most of the time, as he is clearly trying to show superiority. He almost flails his legs and arms around as he walks and makes a lot of quick, twitchy, and exaggerated gestures while talking.Mental characteristics
Personal history
Born in the upper class of Blackbourne, Narcisse has always had the best his parents could afford for him. As the owners of some of the largest businesses in the city, his parents were always busy but made sure to try and compensate by buying him everything that he needed and wanted. As he grew up, Narcisse learned he could always get what he wished for if he insisted hard enough.
By his late teens, it was already common to hear his parents complaining about how the pirates' black market was driving their business down. Everyday they talked about it, of how neither the King nor the Count do anything to stop the criminals. As his privileges slowly diminished because of this, Narcisse slowly grew to hate the pirates, vowing to fight them to the end of his life.
For the next few years, Narcisse worked his way into the good side of Theodore Richelieu, the Count of Blackbourne, in order to acquire the power to face the Rovers in the city. To his luck, it was then that King Abraham II broke the pact with the Rovers, ordering the creating of a security force to expel the pirates and make Archana's defenses independent from outsiders. Richelieu formed the Blackbay Security Patrol and put Narcisse, already a close confident, in charge.
Since then, Narcisse has become an even more obsessed man than he was. He incited the creating of the Blackguard Patrol Vessels and his own "Thunderclap" so he could have the upper hand on the sea, and self-proclaimed him as The Huntmaster, Archana's contemporary Hero. While he has been unable to completely rid Blackbourne of the pirates, it is undeniable that they now fear crossing paths with the mad pirate-hunter.

Narcisse isn't particularly intelligent, but he is quite cunning in his ways. He is persuasive and knows how to find out what other people want to use it in his favor. He can also be pretty scary in positions of power, as he uses his authority to put fear into his subjects' hearts, ensuring that no one ever defies his orders.

It is clear to anyone that the main drive behind Narcisse's actions is his unhealthy obsession for killing pirates. While he follows the orders from above and does what he needs to be done, every second he hungers for the few moments he gets to fight his sworn foes.
