Barnacles' Rest

Barnacles' Rest is a seaside tavern and restaurant. Well known for its servings of barnacle chowder, Barnacles' Rest is a rowdy place where the city's fishermen can relax and blow off steam. On the second level of the wooden building are a small selection of rooms, often used for those too drunk to leave on their own or for travelers with limited funds. The tavern is also notable for containing a large shrine to Ryujin in the main hall. It is traditional that all visitors pour their last drink on this shrine.
