Bacchus

Bacchus is often called the God of Fun by his followers and the God of Hedonism by his opponents, but the truth lies somewhere in between. He is a god quick to laughs when imbibing wine, which is almost always, doing what he can to be the life of any party. He inspires his followers to throw themselves into revelry. Services in his honor often descend into a morass of writhing bodies in various states of undress and drunkenness. When he is sober, however, he is a dour and angry god, with a mean streak stretching from tail to horn. His followers say that it is best, therefore, to always carry a bottle of wine, should one meet him on the road.
It is said that should one arrange a suitable impressive party, Bacchus will attend it in disguise and that any such party is sure to only escalate until it becomes one worth remembering until death takes you.
Bacchus takes on myriads of forms, both animal and humanoid, but is most often depicted as a faun, with a long tail and curved horns above.
