Master of Whispers

Two of the eleven seats on the Alnerwick city council, the Master of Whispers are responsible for the gathering and disseminating of information around the city. This information is genearlly regarding the political, economic or social wellbeing of the Neutral Zone, and more importantly Alnerwick. While there are two seats for the Master of Whispers, the seat belonging to the House of Zachary was dissovled in 650, and replaced with the 11th Law. Because of this the Master of Whispers is the only council seat with one representative.

Currently the Master of Whispers is also responsible for corralling the illegal activites that citizens tend to engage in and allow the citizens to engage in them in a safe manner.
