Silenza League
"Add a handful of danger, a pinch of murder, then some petty larceny, and you've got a recipe ripe with opportunity!"
Unauthorized Yet Omnipresent
While not an official guild, the Silenza League has a presence in nearly every major settlement or city to an extent. Their cunning and opportunistic actions have given them a nefarious reputation, but many of the downtrodden races praise them as being a fair organization more willing to give them the chance that others refuse to grant. While the Dwimmark Covenant avidly seeks these agents to the best of their ability, even they can admit that at times the Silenza League's talents have a purpose when applied to benefit the realm.Guild Services
Information is king, and the Silenza League has presented themselves as the primary broker of this resource. Either through espionage or other illicit means, they can generally either find key information that they in turn will distribute to those willing to pay. In addition, they also can procure items of value that are others may not through trade or thievery. If something has gone missing or you need an item others cannot offer, make sure to check with your local Silenza League agent!Infiltration
Sometimes the Silenza League will attempt to infiltrate and masquerade as members of rival guilds. The method by which this is done - considering the unique marks all guild members bear - remains a closely-guarded secret, yet has often led to confidential information being disseminated or valuable items of great secrecy suddenly appearing in the black market.Guild Perks

Unlockable Feats
Ritual Caster: Bard
You have learned a number of spells that you can cast as rituals. These spells are written in a ritual book, which you must have in hand while casting one of them.- Choose the following class, which has its own specific spell modifying stat: Bard (Charisma). You must choose your spells from that class's spell list, and the spells you choose must have the ritual tag.
- If you come across a spell in written form, such as a magical spell scroll or a wizard's spellbook, you might be able to add it to your ritual book. The spell must be on the spell list for the class you chose, the spell's level can be no higher than half your level (rounded up), and it must have the ritual tag. The process of copying the spell into your ritual book takes 2 hours per level of the spell, and costs 50 gp per level. The cost represents material components you expend as you experiment with the spell to master it, as well as the fine inks you need to record it.
Svirfneblin Magic
While originally an ability only for Deep Gnomes, the Silenza League has discovered how to harness this ability for all of its members, granting them the following benefits:- You have inherited the innate spellcasting ability of your ancestors. This ability allows you to cast nondetection on yourself at will, without needing a material component. You can also cast each of the following spells once with this ability: blindness/deafness, blur, and disguise self. You regain the ability to cast these spells when you finish a long rest.
- Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells, and you cast them at their lowest possible levels.
Magic Initiate: Bard
You learn two cantrips of your choice from the bard's spell list.- In addition, choose one 1st-level spell from the bard's spell list. You learn that spell and can cast it at its lowest level. Once you cast it, you must finish a long rest before you can cast it again using this feat.
- Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Skulker
