My Summer Camp 2021 Worldbuilding Pledge Document

Which Project is your world building project tied too? I very much want to give The Champion Saga some weight by fleshing out the areas that will be featured in the story. (Inspired by the epic Mahabharata, this story's path will be decided by the audience. Every month a new chapter will come out that is based on the results of a public survey from the last chapter.) With our narrator constantly on the move throughout the world, this challenge is a great way to take that story deeper by creating articles that are directly tied to the story.
What world are you working on? Strictly Adijari for this Project
Which area of the world(s) are you working on? Any region that I believe will bring a deeper depth to the Champion Saga is fair game. That said- as he will be visiting the Ismat Empire first (spoiler) I'll take this opportunity to built that into something concrete
When will you write? I plan to write every day before work. Sometimes I work at 8:30 am and other days I work at 2:15 pm. On the days I work at 8:30 am I will get at least an hour completed between the hours of 6:30 am to 8:00am. I might try writing when I get back from work on these days. On the days I work at 2:15 I will get 3-4 hours in before work. For one of my days off from work I'm going to treat it like a day off from all work including writing. I'll use that time to read and catch up on self care. For other days off I will 'start' writing and see how my energy goes- I could go for 30 minutes or 3 hours- who knows. This will also be catch up days to stay on track
How much are you planning to complete? Diamond or die trying for sure.
Who is your support network. Dang, this needs some work. I have a supportive wife and creative friends, and a newsletter that goes out to people too. However I really REALLY need to get better at creating more of a supportive network for myself by engaging with more worldbuilders and creators online. I will definitely pay more attention to these available resources through worldanvil this month.
