Kranaga Lake Settlements

The settlements of independent towns and cities and nations along the border of the Kranaga Lake have a shared culture and history due the industry, trade, and blessings of the Kranaga Lake. The blood of this collective that keeps things moving is the Karanaga Giant Snakes and the Kranaga boats that they pull over the water faster than any wind can.
As these settlements are part of the The Infinite Garden like most settlements in the garden they are amesha dominant, although it is also a popular place to live for Snake-Lahk who bridge the relationship between ameshas and the Karanaga.
Another blessing of the lake that unites these amesha is how quickly their bodies adapt when they travel to the different lake nations, despite having very different terrain and atmospheres. Amesha bodies have an ingrained ability to physically adapt to whatever area they are in, but it usually takes a while. It would usually take an amesha living in jungle regions weeks for their long limbs to become stubbier when moving to rocky areas. But for the people of the Kranaga lake settlements, it happens as quickly as they travel. Even ameshas who visit from abroad gain this ability of quick adaptation. Some ameshas of Adijari in the larger region visit the Lake settlements just to speed up the adaptation process before going elsewhere. For example, ameshas living in jungle zones who are travelling to rocky zones, will visit the rockier lake settlements on their way to where they are going. This practice is so commonplace that it is a large source of tourist income for the Lake settlements.
